Enjoy a single point of contact.
WELCO offers one source for streamlined communications and results.
Our client contact is structured on a one-to-one basis.
-    You work with the person that knows the most about your types of shipments.
-    You do not talk with a sales person or an operator.
-    The person in charge at WELCO actually makes sure your shipments are done properly.
Have the time to do your business, instead of following up and worrying.
WELCO keeps you advised and updated.
We follow your shipment from start to finish making sure everything is done right.
WELCO does not use an assembly-line type system.
-    In these assembly lines, the employees only know how to do their own particular section. They are unaware of how their actions affect the rest of the process.
Our staff has knowledge of the whole process, the big picture.
It is so easy for you.
Fax or email your Shipper's Letter of Instructions (SLI).
